Shelley started her career in recruitment in 1999 working in London. She led a successful temporary division in the West End for many years and always continued to bill and run a desk herself as enjoys being thoroughly involved in the full process from start to finish.

She has worked in sales her entire career and gains job satisfaction and a sense of ratification from building solid repeat relationships with both clients and candidates alike.

Shelley was a member of the Royal Academy of Music in Copenhagen and once sang a solo piece for Queen Margrethe II.
