Harriet is the longest-serving member of the team after the founders and has developed an in-depth knowledge of many facets of membership organisations.  Harriet has a genuine flair for managing candidate experiences and excels in relationship building, connecting our brilliant candidates with the right roles, and ensuring fluent communication at all key steps of the recruitment process.
