Madeline has worked in roles in well-known recruitment agencies as well as in-house for a leading Investment bank.  Madeline specialises in our Governance and Secretarial roles but is also learning fast about all other facets of membership organisations.  Madeline has a passion for finding very niche candidates and never gives up in her pursuit of the perfect placement.

In her spare time Madeline runs a small catering and cake making business with her best friend.  She loves cooking and entertaining.
