Tom Lovell

Tom is an advisor to the Board. Whilst he may not wish to be termed an industry veteran his recruitment experience dates well back into the last century. Tom enjoyed a long career at REED, working across multiple sectors and specialisms, progressing to Global Managing Director with responsibility for a £1bn+ business. Tom has also worked with James Caan CBE developing a global recruitment platform and operating at Board level within the Membership Sector.

Fun Fact

Tom was Runner-Up in the London Schools Scrabble challenge and an ever-present member of the University Rugby 1st XV. This eclectic love of games continues to this day as a 5-a-side regular and budding Frisbee Golf enthusiast.
